Tax forms
The Articles of Incorporation provide the legal basis for the Knights of Heroes Foundation.
Articles of incorporation, also referred to as the certificate of incorporation or the corporate charter, are a document or charter that establishes the existence of a corporation in the United States and Canada. They generally are filed with the Secretary of State in the U.S. State where the company is incorporated, or other company registrar.
The
Internal Revenue Service provides a 501 (c) (3) determination letter to
nonprofit organizations that apply for tax-exempt status under that
section of the federal tax codes. The determination letter lists the IRS
ruling and the basis for its decision.

Malissia's story
koh makes an impact
I can’t say enough positive things about this camp. They encourage and
show my teenage son so much love and positive energy. He looks forward
to going and doing all the adventurous stuff his Dad would of done with
him. The staff is very organized and helpful with any questions and
never leave any doubt in my mind about what is happening with my son.
I’m very thankful for Steven and Knights of Heroes Mentors. You have
helped my son in our darkest time find a reason to smile, laugh and
learn that everything will be ok.
